Pay for College - Federal Financial Aid (FAFSA)
Start FAFSA early to maximize aid opportunities!
Some states and colleges offer priority deadlines for aid (money on a first-come, first-served basis). You can apply for financial aid as soon as the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) opens on October 1st. You don’t need to be admitted to a college yet to submit the FAFSA. You just list the schools you might attend, and they’ll receive your financial information once you’re admitted. At the same time, you’ll also be working on your college applications. These often have deadlines ranging from November through January (for fall admission), but exact dates depend on each school (see below for application deadlines).
EVHS Financial Aid Workshop
EVHS invites students and parents to attend a FAFSA Workshop for help completing the financial aid application. Please bring 2024 tax information to complete your application at the workshop. Computers and translators will be available to support families.
