Color Guard
East Valley JROTC is the pride of East Valley, giving Cadets the opportunity to represent the schools commitment and involvement to the community at large.
Our Color Guard teams have the opportunity to perform whenever the community and school asks them to, as well as competitions.
Color Guard performs at football games, basketball games, parades, formal dinners and events, and competes in the Cascade Mountain Drill League against other schools.
The Color Guard is made up of four cadets:
- U.S.Flag Guard
- U.S. Flag
- State Flag
- State Flag Guard
While marching, the U.S Guard always leads, with the U.S. Flag right behind, and the State Flag and Guard following behind.
Traveling Team
Cadets who are on the traveling Color Guard Teams (2) are required to:
- Have an updated sports physical
- ASB ($25- pay in office)
- FamilyID registration for JROTC (FamilyID Information will go out as needed)
- FULL CLASS A UNIFORM
